Present Conditions are unknown. Sometime after 2013, the copper flashing around the 18 dormers
and 10 chimneys and along the valleys was cut away allowing water into the building . The damage
is heart-rending but the structure is strong. These are pictures taken in 2011 of third floor crawl
spaces showing the stone walls some 4 feet thick and the timbers in the roof...
