Opportunity At The Darby Transportation Center
There is a trolley bridge, built in 1904, which has a certain industrial elegance and sylvan charm (See pictures below). The bridge, a pony-truss bridge, is currently slated for removal as part of the  Darby Transportation Center project. A group of citizens are currently looking at ways to re-hab the bridge and incorporate it into the Transportation Center. For information on the bridge project, contact John Haigis, (610) 583-0788
