| In the early 19th century, Edward Hicks painted a series of paintings based on Isaiah XI, 6-9 "The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them". This version was painted by local artist Ted Manchor and was on display during the 150th at Old Borough Hall | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
